Journalism:A valid passport and visa are required to travel to this destination. Eligibility: This type of visa is issued to Journalists, correspondents or reporters representing overseas news organizations; television or film crew, including actors, production and support staff and still photographers, involved in the production of documentary programs or commercials where the initial point of distribution is for use outside Australia.

Visa Application Form: One Australian visa application form per applicant completed on-line, printed and signed. Signature must be original on each Australia visa application. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.
Proof of Departure:Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel agency or copy of airline tickets. A signed letter on the travel agency's letterhead confirming round-trip booking may also be acceptable.
Medical Requirements:International health insurance is recommended.
Financial Requirements:Evidence of sufficient funds to support stay in Australia such as pay stubs, traveler's cheques, and/or most recent bank statement.
Other Requirements:A letter from the applicant's employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that leave of absence has been granted and that the applicant will be returning to his/her current job.
A letter of intent addressed to the Australian Embassy outlining the applicant's purpose of travel, the length of intended stay, name of places to be visited, contact information, and accommodation information in Australia in support of the Australia visa application.
Complete the Global Reservation Form: This is Travisa's Service Order Form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents.

List of any accompanying dependents. Please note that there are limits as
to whom may be accepted as members of the family or staff posted to the
foreign missions in Australia, and restrictions apply for children once
they have reached 21 years of age. Unless very special circumstances
exist, a child who is 21 years old but not more than 25 years is accepted
as a member of the family only if they are undertaking full-time full-fee
overseas student studies at an Australian tertiary institution in the city
where the officer is posted, and provided that they remain part of the
officer's household.
