Business:
Email Requirements
Passport Requirements: Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank visa page available for visa stamp(s).
Visa Application Form: Two visa application forms per applicant properly completed and signed. Signature must be original on each application. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.
Photo Requirements: Two recent 2 x 2 passport type photographs, in color, front view and with a plain/light background. Applicant's name must be written on the back of the photos.
Letter Of Invitation: A letter of invitation from sponsor in Angola (either host company or individual) explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and contact information.
Proof of Departure: Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel agency or copy of airline ticket. A signed letter on the travel agency's letterhead confirming round-trip booking may also be acceptable.
Business Letter: Letter from employer or sponsoring company in the US, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant's employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in host country.

Financial Requirements: Evidence of sufficient funds ($100.00 per day) to support stay in destination such as pay stubs, traveler's cheques, and/or most recent bank statement.

Complete the Global Reservation Form: This is Travisa's Service Order Form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents.

NOTICE You will need an account code to enter the Global Reservation Form. If you do not know your account code, please contact passportandvisadesk@travisa.com.
  Consular Fees
  Visa Validity: The validity of Ordinary Visas (issued to Tourist and Business travelers)varies based on individual circumstances of each case. The usual time of stay in Angola with this type of visa may not exceed 90 days.
  Processing Time: Visas are usually processed in 7 to 10 working days. If special clearance is required, the processing time may take up to 30 days. Rush and Emergency service may be available if prior approval has been received by the consulate and for additional fees. Rush service is defined as any attempt made by Travisa to retrieve the visa in less time than the amount required by the embassy to process the visa.

Applicants within Washington, DC Jurisdiction: The Embassy of Angola in Washington DC is open for submissions on Mondays and Wednesdays only. They are open for pick ups on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. The Embassy is closed on Fridays.

Applicants within Houston Jurisdiction: The Consulate of Angola in Houston is open for submissions on Mondays and Wednesdays only. They are open for pick ups on Fridays only. The Consulate is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  In order to ensure that visa applications for most embassies/consulates are submitted on the day that we receive them, they should be shipped to us via FedEx Priority Overnight (not First Overnight or Standard Overnight).

Global Reservation Form Instructions
  1. Complete and print out all forms.
  2. Check all information for accuracy.
  3. Mail the Global Reservation Form with all of the items above to Travisa.
